What must be done to prevent NPM from showing invalid information for end-of-support-devices? Cisco 3850's and 9300's are showing up there, and they are still supported.

NPM seems to think Cisco stopped supporting WS-C3850-48U-L and brand-new C9300-48U switches and that's not correct:

What's the right way to get this info updated in NPM?

I'll fight the good fight here for a while.  There's undoubtedly something that needs adjustment.

We decided a while ago to not rely on any solarwinds info about EOL or EOS.  We manually pulled and verified the dates from cisco.com and our SE and manually assigned them dates.   We referenced the dates when linked with pictures and URL of where we got the data.

But yes, it would be nice if that legwork was done by Solarwinds on a per chassis class basis.
