We have a few sites and I was wondering if I will be able to create a new tab in NPM portal where I can display all my network diagrams? I am on latest NPM and NCM,
Any help will be highly appreciated!

I don't think you can create new tabs. What I ended up doing was create a new view called 'Maps' and added it to my home toolbar. Within the specific view I enabled the side bar for each different site and added the 'maps' resource to each side bar entry. This way on each of the side bar options I had the specific map selected plus any other relevant resources.
