Orion NPM COM+ issue

Orion Ver 7.8.5

We have a large overhead monitor we feed various maps and screens to for easy visibility. Periodically, something is happening that breaks this communication and I am not really sure what it is. To correct it, I open up "Shutdown NetPerfMon" from Advanced Features. I simply unload the SolarWinds Orion NPM (COM+ Application) service and this "reconnects" those screen feeds.

Is anybody familiar with this as to how to correct it? If not, is there a way to script / batch something that would perhaps monitor and unload it when necessary? Or, even a batch that I could run on the fly when I noticed it was down just so I didn't have to RDP into the server and perform it manually?

Thanks for any suggestions or comments that can point me in the right direction.
