"Unable to retrieve URL using PDF" in scheduled report

Hi All,

While scheduling the report in solarwinds Orion ,we receive the report as mentioned below.

"Unable to retrieve url: (Link) using PDF type"

Also while checking log file i could find the error "System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." in action execution log.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

We appear to have the same issue. Seems it just started in the last week or so. Have not verified logs.

same issue, It was working prior to Oct 16th. No longer working now. We are still able to get .csv and .xls attachments, just not the PDFs. Did something expire on the Solarwinds side? I did not see where a windows update was applied during that time.

If I had to guess the Configuration Wizard may have been run or the SSL Certificate or its intermediary certificate may have expired. Just a guess though. I also suggest verifying your site bindings > https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Unable-to-retrieve-url-for-scheduled-reports-with-1035-Can-not-establish-SSL-connection-error-on-actionexecution-log

I thought the same thing however we had a new cert installed the week before. All was working well. Now we get .xls and .csv attachments but not PDFs.. So it partially works.

So I found this situation on the Websites table... I don't know since when it's like that.

Apparently, the emails stopped sending the .csv and .xls since last Friday. And there was no movement on the Server, like Run of Conf Wizard or so.

We can access the Web console via IP 10.190.3.118 and hostname: term.... but I know that this is "not correct" and not exactly wrong.

And we are receiving the "Unable to retrieve url: (Link) using Excel and CSV type".

I already openned a Support Case to attend this, but do you guys have any ideas?
