Been having a few issues with my SolarWinds environment on a VM. It seems that my server is locking up for whatever reason and then is rebooted by HA after a specified time. Looking through Windows logs, all I see is that the server was rebooted. Are there any best practice guides for ensuring that my configuration is correct?

ESX host runs ESXi 5
Server runs Win2k8 Server Std x64
IIS running in 32 bit mode
12 GB RAM
2 4core vCPU
100 GB HD
SQL 2008 Standard on a Win2k8 physical box
2 8core CPU
24 GB RAM
