Without more information I can't speak to any specific support you may be seeking, but I can tell you which MIB's we have in our MIB db related to Fortinet. Further, if you have access to additional MIB's and can send them to SW, we have a process for adding them to our MIB db.

All are in different location and connected via VPN WAN connection. Can I monitor the configurations using NCM?
I am not sure if the latest firmware (v4) has changed anything in the MIB structure, but the compiled MIB's within Orion lists everything you can retrieve from the Fortigates.
NCM also has full support to download the configs, with a template already supplied
