Advanced Alert - Valid Time of Day

I have a collection of servers that reboot nightly between 2:00am - 3:00am. Our system administrators do not wish to receive notifications that these nodes went down during these hours since these are known nightly outages. I'm configuring the advanced alert "Time of Day" tab and wanted to make sure I'm doing it right.

Given that we don't want alerts between 2:00am - 3:00am in the Valid Time of Day do I enter "03:00 AM" To "02:00 AM"? Would that be the correct way?

I hope you don't mind me piggy backing on this thread, but if the idea is to exclude the hour between 2AM and 3AM, would it work to set the "from" time to 3:01am and the "to" time to 1:59AM?

Would that successfully allow the alert to fire the other 23 hours of the day?
