Thin AP Disappeared from WL Controller

Hello All,

I'm routinely getting spammed with emails stating all of my AP's have gone down, and then 10 minutes later are coming back online. When I look into NPM, it states all of the APs have "disappeared from WL controller". I'm at a loss of where to look. My controller hasn't rebooted, the APs have been up and connected to the controller for x amount of days/weeks/months, so I'm lead to believe there's a setting or threshold somewhere in NPM that needs to be adjusted.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Did you find out what is the root cause of this issue?

I have the same situation with my SolarWinds system, and I'm trying to figure it out for a long time.

Hi, there is a section under the advanced configuration which you can manipulate disappeared access points from WLC. go to - * http:// (your host name)/Orion/Admin/AdvancedConfiguration/Global.aspx : Global then go to the wireless section and change it if needed.
