SyslogService Event ID: 1025
FormerMember
SyslogService is logging an Event ID: 1025 with a Description of: Error Decoding Packet Packet Missing Ending '>'
The event log messages are occurring multiple times a second on a continuous basis. From the description, I would guess a device is sending Syslog messages to the server with a missing '>'. The messages do not lead to the source. Does anyone have any ideas as the how to stop these messages? Here is the entire Event log entry.
