conflict with opsware on NPM Server

Hello

I have NPM v10.0 with sp1 running on server, I seem to have a confict with a module that opsware loads (opctrapi.exe).

Has anyone else had an issue with opsware/OVO running on a server that runs Orion ?

seems that the snmp module for OVO starts consuming to much memory, until it causes Orion to freeze, and stop polling
