Running bleeding-edge and just bumped into this one (never saw this before). I run two polling engines, using the primary to work on. When I try to connect to the second polling engine, I get this error:
I am getting the very same message. I just had to reimage my main Orion server and I cannot open Systems Manager for any of my other pollers from this server. Also, this is where we have APM installed and I am getting Unknown states on all the applications on my servers it is monitoring.
First try running through the entire configuration wizard- If this does not help resolve then shutdown all the services related to SW/Orion and reboot the server.
I did both run the configuration wizard and then after that didn't make a difference, I did reboot the server. Still unable to open remote pollers on my SLX server and still getting unknown status on application services.
Thanks for your help. I have opened a Support Ticket. We are however, already running SP1 on our APM. We shall see what Support says when they contact me. Thanks again.
I recently started receiving the same error. I was busy with other issues, and haven't had time to open a ticket yet. I am also running APM ALX 1.0 with SP1.
I also have the same issue. Please post here if you all find a solution.
