Custom Mib Poller for CPU and Memory on 1601 Router

Question

I have several 1601 Cisco routers that I am trying to poll the CPU and memory and even though I have those resources checked in NPM no stats show up. I found where I believe I need to create a custom mib and use the mib OLD-CISCO-CPU-MIB so I created the MIB but I am unsure what MIB Value Type to use. I am currently trying just the Raw value and Text but nothing is being collected as far as I can tell. The MIBS tested successfully but does anyone have any suggestions what mib I should use to monitor the CPU and Memory of a Cisco 1601 router. I have Cisco 857 routers and 2924 switches and they all work fine, its just these routers.
