Microsemi NTP SyncServer S600 Poller

Question

I am looking for help with a poller for our Microsemi SyncServer S600s.  They may also be know as Symmetricom.  I have tried using a Universal Device Poller with MIB SYMM-SMI but all the Pollers come back with "The OID is not supported".  I have tried changing around the SNMP Get Type but still not able to get any data.  I have tried searching around the Net and Thwack for other Microsemi Symmetricom MIBs and OIDs but have not found much.  I am not sure where to go next to try to get more polling stats from these NTP servers.

To use SNMP on the SyncServer 6xx, you have to have the security protocols license. I have run the SNMP walk and as far as I can tell the OIDs in the Universal Device Poller are present in the device.  The list is similar to the link you provided.  How would I determine if these are table based?  I am not sure what the difference would be from creating a standard poller.

There is a built in tool available in which you can run a SNMP walk.  I would start there:  SolarWinds SNMP Walk tool - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

You would at least be able to identify the OIDs, and then validate whether or not the OIDs you were testing in the Universal Device Poller are in fact present in the device.  In a quick search it would probably be similar to the following list:  Free SYMM-SMI SNMP MIB Download - Free MIB Download - Search MIBs - OiDViEW - These may be Table based which will be a bit different than creating a standard poller.
