NPM 10.4 Information bar missing

Hi

Since upgrading to NPM 10.4 it seems my information bar has gone missing. I've searched high and low but can't find where to enable/disable this option.

The bar normally appears under the Tabs and display things like 'new devices found', new blog posts', issues with licensing (image below) etc.

Does anyone know how to get this back?

I've realised now that other Admin users are clicking on the Dismiss Message button which means I no longer get to see the alert.

Anyone know how to stop this? Or allow me to see what the previous messages were?
