Router dependent SLA alert
filipv
Say I have a router and 20 vip customers behind it. When the router goes down, I don't want 21 email alerts. I want a single alert with a body like this:
Router XYZ is Down
Customer 1 is Down
Customer 2 is Down
....
Customer 20 is Down
I can, ofcourse, simply create an alert for each router and manually write all customers attached to it in the body, but that means that alerts should also be constantly manualy updated. Any better ideas? I'd love to just enter a custom property for each customer (the name of the router on which it is connected to) and Orion to do the rest.
