NPM 12.1 - Can transformed tabular data be displayed in linear/radial gauges

Hi,

The SW docs are clear that tabular data is -not- supported for things like linear/radial gauges as those things currently only support scalar values. But if I transform a tabular value, doesn't that make it scalar? Should I be able to "drive" a linear/radial gauge using a transformed value of tabular data?
