SolarWinds Job Engine v2 & SolarWinds Collector Services unable to start after Failover

Dear All Community Expert,

We have set up SolarWinds Orion in High Availability (Primary and Secondary). The SolarWinds has been work smoothly for 5 months. Recently, we realized that When Primary site failover to Secondary site, The SolarWinds Job Engine v2 & SolarWinds Collector Services unable to start. After 10 mins threshold, the secondary site will failover back to the Primary site. Our SolarWinds DB is configured in AG mode.

Do you all face similar issue before?
