I've Solarwind NPM 12, from yesterday when I trying to login after entering user name password we got error message,
Solarwinds Unexpected Website Error: Value cannot be null parameter name: values
Please can some one help.

Screen shot attached for your reference. When I go to web console URL, enter user credentials attached error screen revert back as screen shot attached below. Moreover Its appear to be login as display User name on upper right side also still entering wrong password /user ID it show wrong ID and password error as normal.
Can someone have some clue ???

Not a clue what that error is referring to, but generally i'd start with a website rebuild (Backup, delete site in IIS, rerun configuration wizard, redo certificate stuff or HTTPS forward if need be)
If that doesn't sort your problem it'd be straight to solarwinds customer support to figure out what broke in the DB
Hi Adam, yeah still getting same error shots....
even try out all stuff on Twack. re run configuration wizard, delete the website and rebuild it again ...
........already open the support ticket and submitted diagnostics file to tech support as well, Hope for the good now..

I had this once and it turned out to be a custom property issue. I don't recall the exact issue.
