Our new LANsurveyor product also has switch port mapper functionality. Moreover, it runs as a service and can continuously update as the network changes.

Hmmm... my post disappeared. So here goes again:

I'm a big fan of the switch port mapper utility in the engineers version of Solarwinds. We are now considering moving to Orion for the complete package, but I cannot locate the port mapper in the demo of Orion that I am tinkering with.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Orion does not have a port mapper, only the Toolset-

Cirrus also has a switch port mapping like tool where you can search for a ip/mac address/hostname.
