Here's one a little more recent....Sadly our travel budget was nixed for this year, so I was unable to attend (Networkers @ Las Vegas was great last year).
Networkers was good....
Solarwinds booth at the show was *packed*, it was tough getting to Denny to harass him
VoIP Monitor looked really good - and what I could see of 8.5 was of significant refinement as well.
Even more interesting was in two different Ciscoworks sessions, both Cisco Engineers said you really needed Orion in your portfolio.
Also whispered was an upcoming product that was to more directly compete with HP Openview-class products - your friendly reported couldn't get any details except the headline.
Of course IMHO products like Openview are vastly admired yet infrequently used/worthwhile in the real world.

Whoa...that was an old post...lol. You guys were not there in 2005!!
I skipped Networkers this year. I wasn't too happy they moved from Las Vegas. It's bad enough they cram 7000+ people into 1 convention but I wasn't to keen on going to CA. I live in Maryland and wish they'd go back to 2 conventions and split them up on the coasts. Although I would go back to Las Vegas if they did in '08.BB

How do you know about these locations? CCO doesn't haven anything yet for USA in '08.BB
