I have Solarwinds Orion 9.0 SP2 and I am trying to add a Sensatronics EM
Environmental monitor.
I saw in some of the posts here that it is possible but from some reasons I cannot
add this device to Orion.
To be more specific, when I am trying to add the device I get the following message:
"The node xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx does
not respond with the community string 'public'
However, I can pull everything from that device using other SNMP applications and using
the same community string.
I also see that that device is not returning a “SysUpTime” and I feel that is the reason why
I cannot add the device.
So, is there a way to add this device on Solarwinds?
