problem about Orion NPM web Engine

Hi all

I install the orion network performance monitor,the tool runs well and the orion website is ok.But when I load the chart made in the map maker,the chart does not show up viewing from the web.Insted I get the "2" where the chart should be.
Then I found an answer from the solarwinds as follows:
1. Close all Internet Explorer browsers.
2. Add IISUSER_SOLARWINDS to the Administrator's group.
3. Open the Shutdown NetPerfMon tool, which is located under Start/SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor/Advanced Features
4. Unload the SolarWinds Orion NPM COM+ object.
5. Restart the Orion NetPerfMon website.
6. Open Internet Explorer and go the Orion website.
So do I.But other question follows. When I open the web,error pages appears as follows:
Network Performance Monitor Startup Error
Cannot start SolarWinds Orion NPM Web Engine (OrionNPMWeb.Application).
Error Number -2147467238

I cannot resolve the problem.Does someone know it? Thanks a lot!
