Universal Device Poller - No data web console

I've been messing about with the UDP publishing to the web console all day and

I'm unable to get any data to show.

I have created the udp and i click test and the value is returned.

I've assigned the pollers/enabled the pollers/ and clicked on display to the website using charts etc.

I can see my UDP on the web console but this shows 'no data'.

I've tried tweaking the UDP with no joy.

I think i've followed to the letter but I must be missing something.

I've run into something similar. I'm not sure how common an issue it is, so this might be a long shot for you. It's more likely to occur if you're on a version of Orion prior to 9.1 (I think 9.1 was supposed to fix this.) However, I did run into this issue even though I'm currently on 9.1 SP5. If the Job Engine database gets too large or corrupted, it can cause the Job Engine service and Job Scheduler service to have problems. If those services are having issues, it can prevent your UnDPs from polling data during statistics collection polling. Here is a link to a Thwack post with more information.

You will either see just a JobEngine.sdf file in the directory in the above posting or you might also see a JobEngine35.sdf file (depending on which version of Orion you're running.) If you have a JobEngine35.sdf file, follow the directions in the above posting but use the JobEngine35 - blank.sdf file attached to this post. The linked posting has a blank JobEngine.sdf file attached to it. For reference, the times I've run into a problem, my JobEngine35.sdf file was right around 257 Mb. If you don't have a JobEngine file near this size, you might want to open a support ticket.

Not sure, if you enabled the UnDP, assigned it and enabled it to show on the website, might be best to either open a support ticket to look into or upgrade to 9.5 and see if it works for you there
