Setting up an Alert if the HDD is removed or changed

Hi,

The situation which I've had recently is that we have virtual HDD on a VM, and engineers have taken the disks offline.

The engineers have then put the disks back online, but the disks have had a different HDD ID.

Also, I've had engineers adding more disks to a server.

So, that I am trying to setup is a notification should a disk be taken offline and then if any number of disks go back online that orion then notifies me.

Is this possible?
