Syslog services stopped with error code 10055

The syslog services stopped with event id 1021:
Socket Exception: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full Error Code 10055.

We can start the service again and after a short or long time the service stopped again with the same ID.

We have ver 7.8.139 orion version 7.8.5 march 2006
Windows 2003 standard edition server with 4 GB memory.
