Feature Request - "Any time changes" (Adv Alerts)

There does not exist away to deploy an "Any time <value> changes" in advanced alerts. I have a couple of basic alerts that cover hundreds of devices that I would much prefer to move to Advanced alerts (assuming, the email notification reliability improves, which I do not believe it has). One such basic alert is to send an email "Anytime the SNMP Description changes". We have a particular managed VPN appliance that stores it's OS revision in the "Description" MIB. We've a basic alert that sends us an email anytime the "Description" MIB changes, telling us a device has upgraded/downgraded. See below:

The challenge this presents in basic alerts is each time we add a new device, we have to remember to go in and edit several different Basic alerts and make sure we select the device and included it in the "Monitored Network Objects". The ability to leverage advanced alerts and configure a "If <device type> = VPN AND "Description changes", would save us considerable time in management and maintenance of our alerting structure.

The inability to configure an Advanced alert with any sort of "Any time changes" evaluation is significantly limiting our management effectiveness.
