bandwidth utilization percentage inaccurate in reports

I'm getting rather frustrated by this. I'm trying to generate a web console report that displays the utilization of some interfaces, but they're not accurate. Reports generated in Report Writer work correctly, but I have to use the Web reports because I have to limit to time of day.

Any ideas?

Can you give some examples of what you are seeing as not accurate. Are you trying to pull averages over time, instantaneous, etc?

it is a 10 Mbps circuit. For some reason, and only in the web based reports, the percent utilizations don't match the average bps. In the above example, I would expect 2% transmit percent utilization of 10 Mbps to be 200 kbps. Even more so, I would expect 1% receive percent utilization to be 100 kbps, not 805.

Is your transmit and receive percent utilization pulling from the historical traffic section or the current stats?

Hysterical - Oops, Historical for all stats. It appears that the percent utilization calculation is not using the defined bandwidth for the interface.

That's already been done - The router interfaces are already defined to match the circuit speed. As I said, if the report is from Report Writer it reflects bandwidth accurately. It's only Web based reports where I have this issue.
