OrionCoreDatabaseScheme.dbConfig Script Error

i had a problem while using configuration wizard. Setup DataBase STEP...
Written Screen is : Executing SQL File: OrionCoreDatabaseScheme.dbConfig
Seen Error Code : Error while executing script
(c:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\OrionCoreDatabaseScheme.dbConfig). Invalid object name 'information_schema.tables'

I'am using windows 2003 Server with MS SQL Server 2005, I had the SAME error on Windows XP machine with SQL Server 2005 Express... Two PC's are in the same DOMAIN...

I got the Hotfixes... but cannot setup hotfix1. Seen Error is that

i don't know whether configuration is necessary...
