New Devices - Hardware health monitoring is in Unknown state

I'm having an issue where any new devices being added are in a state of "Hardware health monitoring is in Unknown state". If I go to manage hardware sensors, no sensors show up for these devices. I have several of the same model of devices running on the same software version. I've tried tweaking the environmental monitoring MIB on the devices and nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Solarwinds support is slow to respond as usual.

It was occurring on any newly added Cisco device. I did get on with technical support and they reinstalled the collector service and that seems to have resolved the issue.

I'm having an issue where F5 devices added are in a state of "Hardware health monitoring is in Unknown state.

CPU alerting was also not triggered.

@vandu are the F5's its reporting unknown on virtual F5's? if so that is a known condition, you can disable hardware health monitoring on them by deselecting it when you do a list resources against the F5.
