Interface IP's on NPM Reports

I am in need of a report to showing an Interface Full Name, Interface IP address, and Interface MAC address. I have been able to create a report with the first and the last options in it, but can not seem to figure out how to get the Interface IP from the Interface details...

I have looked in the database and tried to SWQL, but I am very new to scripting and do not see how to accomplish getting the Interface IP address on a report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a SWQL query that will get you that which could be used as the source for a report.

SELECT
     i.FullName
    ,i.Status
    ,i.DetailsUrl
    ,i.MAC
    ,i.IPAddress.IPAddress
FROM Orion.NPM.Interfaces AS i

That does get me the Interface IP's, but how would I go about limiting the report to just the interface Name Listed above? I would like to limit to 1.70 from the Name if possible?

NM..I think I figured it out. Added the last line and now I am getting all the information I needed. Thanks so much.
