Just so I have the facts correct:

You want a script that'll execute on your 2960 switches that looks at all interfaces and if "switchport trunk allowed vlan..." Is one of the rows in the interface config, you want to negate that configuration line?

Did you want it for all interfaces (VLANs, uplinks, wireless, something else) or just FastEthernet interfaces?

Generally speaking, if you want "no switchport..." on all interfaces EXCEPT certain ones, an exclusion rule might be easier to manage.  (Ie. Send the negation UNLESS the interface type or description is _______)

Here's a VERY simple script I put together for your request: Disable Switchport VLAN Allowed on all interfaces - Config Change Scripts - Network Configuration Manager - THWACK (solarwinds.com)

Please note: I no longer have Cisco devices in my home lab, so I'm unable to test it properly.  Please validate that it is sending the anticipated commands correctly before executing!  And test.  Please for the love of all things holy test this before you send it out to everything.
