Forum NCM Config jobs stopped on 1/1/2023 due to default schedule ending

NCM Config jobs stopped on 1/1/2023 due to default schedule ending

I noticed today that my configs stopped backing up nightly using the built-in job from NCM, in investigating its a pretty simple explanation.

The default scheduled job runs from 1/1/2013 through 1/1/2023! So, go in, edit the job and extend the "end date" and you should be fine. Other jobs, like "Inventory" might be affected also!!

Nice catch and thanks for calling out, we will get a defect opened on this so we can update that end date to another decade out in the future.

Where is this edit the job at? My backup do not have an end date, so not sure where to edit this at.

This is fixed in the release candidate (RC) for NCM and HCO 2023.1. If you're on an earlier version, edit the end date here:

The issue is fixed in RC 1 build of the 2023.1 version. Also, we have published a KB article for the same: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Nightly-NCM-jobs-have-not-run-since-January-1-2023?language=en_US
