Palo Alto PA220 - NCM Does Not work

Hi All,

We have a number of Palo Alto PA-220's , 3260's and PA-VM's, all use the same NCM credentials for both "Poll for Palo Alto" and NCM Connection Profile properties, however the credentials do not work for the PA-220 instead all we get is

"Test Failed. Timeout"

I can see the credentials being successfully authenticated on the PA-220 so assume its an issue with Solarwinds and NCM ?.

Has anybody had this issue and successfully resolved it ?

Have you tried to increase the timeout interval? NCM Test Failed. Timeout warning when testing credentials (solarwinds.com)

Is the PA logging the attempt? Access-List on the Management Interface?
