Hi all!
I have finally finished adding all of my devices to NCM and I am now trying to get it to do something useful, like backing up config on my critical systems.
I have started with my Cisco ASA firewall. Its been added, The credentials given pass all f the tests. I have scheduled a backup and all looks like it has completed successfully until I inspect the backup config. It simply displays
^
ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
I have Googled it and found Thwack posts about it including NCM nodes failing downloading Error message: connectivity issues, discarding configuration / "show running" on a Cisco switch ( % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. ) and Invalid input detected at ^ marker and I have also been in and adjusted the config min length setting in Config Settings but still it fails.
The backup report displays this also:

Unable to save results to file "C:\Cisco_Configs": Access to the path 'C:\Cisco_Configs' is denied.
Is anyone able to talk me through how to resolve this? I feel very overwhelmed with the enormous amounts of information available. Many thanks.
