Good Afternoon,
I am experiencing an odd problem related to change reports in my environment. Currently, I have a job scheduled to download the running/startup config every day at 7AM. At 7:30AM a Config Change report job runs which compares the most recent download with the last downloaded running config.
My problem is that I am getting two different results between the following scenarios:
1) Set the previous days running config as the baseline > compare to current day
2) Scheduled configuration change report
For instance I have the following two images. The first is from the Compare that I run from NCM. The second is the first part of the Daily Config Change report that I run. It comes from the area just after the changes in the first image yet both of them do not show the same data.
Suggestions? Are these two separate functions or should they both provide the same information?
