Cirrus config management and WhatsUp Professional.

I have both of these programs installed on my machine and it seems like they are conflicting with one another. I have Cirrus installed for config backup, config monitoring, scripts and inventory, and WhatsUp running for Status monitoring and alert. They are both poll the network but it seems that when i have cirrus running while WU Pro is running, Cirrus takes over all the polling and shuts out WU Pro from polling all together.
Any thoughts?

Replace WhatsUp with Orion. Eventually the Cirrus and Orion products will tie in together so it would be nice to have that available for you.
