NCM config backup Netgear GSM 7212

Question

Does anyone have the required details for backing up the startup or running config for a Netgear GSM 7212 Switch please.

Is there any CLI command to show the whole config?
If yes you can build a device template to tell NCM what it needs to do.
Is there a way to manually back up the config from the switch? Maybe we can start from there.
