How do I delete a folder I created in the "Manage Rules" section of NCM?

I am looking high and low to simply delete a folder I created when creating a new rule. How can I do this?

I believe you have to remove all rules from under the folder before the folder will disappear. Once the folder is empty it should stop being listed.
