Connection Refused when trying to SSH

Question

I'm in the process of setting up a new SolarWinds installation.  Never done this before.  We've been using Cattools to SSH into devices and pull the running config.  I'm trying to set this up under NCM and all I can get is "Connection Refused" for every site.  SNMPv3 credentials work fine and I'm able to SSH to these devices, in particular from Cattools.  Is there something basic about the installation that I need to do to get SSH working in NCM?

Oh, and I tried to open a ticket to support but all I get is a blank page with "null".  I got all kinds of issues.  :)

Can someone tell me what the minimum modulus is?  I saw reference elsewhere to that being a potential problem.  I just checked one of the devices and it looks like it's 768 for the SSH RSA key.  Do I need to rebuild it with a minimum of 1024?

Simmons4102 - it would be great if you could also open a support ticket. We can get you fixed up quickly - and it helps us determine the root cause or if there are multiple issues, etc.

Im having the same issue with some Juniper routers.  Please post a fix.
