Enterasys switch

Question

Does Cirrus support Enterasys switches(Matrix N7 and C1H124-48)?

executing command script works, but when I try to dowload a config, I get following error message:

Connectivety issues discarding config file

I've checked the passwords en snmp community-string and they are correct.

Some info on this would be really great

That link that you sent doesn't seem to be working, is there another way to get to that tech ref?

It will be very difficult to diagnose without a session trace, but I suspect it is a prompt issue that may require creation/modification of an existing device command template.

To enable session tracing in Cirrus, go to File > Settings > Session Tracing.   You can find the session trace for your device in <install dir>:\SolarWinds\Configuration Management\Session-Trace
