We are using Cirrus 4.01
I have run into an issue when trying to export a policy report to a .csv, or .txt file using the 'File->Export->Export to Comma Delimited File' or 'File->Export->Export to Text File' all we get is the device name column. None of the column headers are there, and in the "fields" that have a policy violation there is just a double quote no value. So importing this into Excel doesn't show anything in the fields.
We have tried exporting into Excel directly, but it puts images in the cells, not a value, so doing much manipulation is almost impossible.
Has anyone run into this before?
