Problem after upgrading to NCM

Question

from my server i can open up the orion config manager and see all my devices.

but i cant web to it?  i'm trying to access by typing http://x.x.x.x.:8888

and i get the error message

"solarwinds Orion NCM information service is not responding, Pleqase restart server"

i tried, but i kept failing

so i re run the NCM configuration wizard, and now that service is no longer in "services"

any help much appreciated :)

I've fixed it. I renamed the Traps and Trapvarbinds tables that contained old data and created new ones including the primary keys. When opening the Orion Network Configuration Manager app, it checks for the primary key names pk_traps on the Traps table and pk_trapvarbinds on the Trapvarbinds table. When it is not able to create the primary keys using those names, it gets an error and shows "No database" in the NCM.

Recreated the primary key on the Traps table with the name pk_traps and recreated the primary key on the TrapVarBinds table with the name pk_trapvarbinds and I can now see the nodes on NCM. :)

Sorry. It seems I posted on the wrong thread. Anyway, my problem is actually the reverse.

from my server i cannot see my devices in the configuration manager and it says "No database" in the lower right portion of the status bar.

I also have the same problem. The Configuration Manager program it seems is not able to connect to the database. Looking at the ConfigurationWizard.log after trying to repair the installation, I get this:
