Fortinet Firewalls

Question

I've just added our new Fortinet firewalls to NCM and would like to automatically download there config but when I try I get the following message Connectivity issues discarding config file.

What does the error mean and has anyone else got Fortinet firewalls working in NCM?

It seems that something is wrong with the template. you can download fortigate template from here. it works for me.

The template was on auto but I've now changed it to Fortigate. I'm seeing the issues with both auto and manual download. This is the details from the trace.
