Cirrus high CPU with multiple users logged on

Question

I recently move my Cirrus installation from my Orion server to its own virtual server. Cirrus was conflicting with Netflow and I was having memory problems.  The new VM has more than adequate resources: Two processors 2.1 Ghz with 1GB RAM for only 98 devices. If two users are logged into Cirrus at the same time CPU of the configuration-management.exe process goes up to 50-90% and stays there. Server response slows to a crawl. I can't believe that this application can't handle more than one user at a time. Is this the case? Is there something else I can check?

We are running Cirrus SL500 and I expect the total devices to hit around 200 by the time we are done.

No worries.  I was just guessing that you might have been on v4.0 because we made some performance enhancements in v4.0.1.  There's no reason why your CPU should be spiking with only 2 users.

Please go ahead and open a ticket with support.  We're in bug fixing mode on the next release right now and if this is a bug, we'd definitely like to get if fixed.

Oops I guess I did leave off that critical piece of information. We are running v4.0.2 DL 200 (typo in previous post when I said 500) with 113 nodes now and we are using a back end SQL database.
