Newish to SolarWinds so trying to find my way and get everything ready
I have an issue when I try to add switches.
Issue is that I can add the switches, they pass the polling method test with the credentials supplied. As I select NCM to manage the switch, I can then test the Connection profile which returns a positive connection and I can see the info that has been pulled from the switch. However, when I add the Node, it's status is reported as 'Down'
It's not the FW blocking stuff as I have other switches in this same subnet reported as up.
Which logs do I need to look at to find out why this switch status is being incorrectly reported please? Then I can try and troubleshoot the issue.
