User permission to run Cirrus v4 on the server

Is it possible to run and use Cirrus v4 with only Domain User permissions on the server?

With User and Power User I receive "SWL-1001 - The Installation of Solarwinds Tools is Corrupt" error message. With Administrator permissions it runs just fine.

Yes, make sure that you are installing Cirrus while logged into the Cirrus Server with local administrator privileges and running the application too.

We need permissions to access both the database and Windows Scheduler for jobs, which is why we always recommend using Administrator privileges.

Our Cirrus database is on a separate server and the user is not an administrator on the DB server. I haven't sniffed the SQL connection string, but it seems it works just fine with separate SQL account.Is "SWL-1001" a normal response when insufficient permissions are in place and the application wouldn't even start?
