Fortigate 310B backup

Question

I am trying to backup a Fortigate 310B. I want to backup on of the VDOMs on the firewall. I have modified the device template with the commands that should work, but I am still getting a error "Connectivity issues discarding config file." Here is part of the output from a session trace. It goes on to list the entire configuration, but the file is discarded. Hmmm...I don't see any issues there either.   Can you open a ticket with support and include a reference to this thread?   I'd like for our dev team to investigate this further.  It doesn't make sense that we're discarding the config when everything seems to be fine.

Can you post the end of the session trace where the file is discarded?   Everything up to this point looks fine.   Also, could you post the template you are using?
