Connection Refused by

Hello all,

I'm having some issues trying to download a config or using a config chance template on a cisco device. I get a "Connection Refused by (router's IP)" message.

One important thing is that I tried with other router in the network with the same specifications ( IOS version, router model) and it worked fine, I can make changes and download the running configuration with no problem.

PD: I enabled the trace session and saved the output. ( see below)
