Network Configuration Manager (NCM)
3Com
howiej
I know I have asked this question before but I have not had much success making my own custom templates. Is there likely to be support for 3Com devices in the near future. I need to make a decision on config mgt software and would like to know if I am holding out in vain for Cirrus to be available. The devices I would be most interested in are the 4400's 5500's 3800's and 2200's
I would be willing to assist in testing with 3Com kit
Regards
James

James-
According to SW website, Cirrus v3 is available and supports multiple vendors, including HP. I just looked and I *think* v2 supports it too (at least there is a Device Template for HP switches).

I've talked to solarwinds support and because the 4400, 4050, 4060 don't support a cli it's a menu based system then it's very difficult to use with Cirrus.
