Using Cirrus to download multiple contexts from a Cisco ASA firewall

I've seen a thread on the site where a user is asking how to do this, and the answer is via command script. This is where we currently are. Unfortunately, the command scripts download the different contexts configs via the TFTP server, not Cirrus, making them unmanageable by Cirrus. We also cannot download them into a directory hierarchy, as Cirrus does. They can only be downloaded into the default TFTP server directory.

Is there any way to grab these configs in a Cirrus-manageable fashion?
